Skjalm Hvide Hotel is a conference hotel with 3-star conference facilities. We have the capacity to host meetings and conferences with up to about 100 participants.

We have 4 conference departments spread out over the entire conference hotel. All 4 of them have their own living room and several group rooms. This provides the ability to create the calmness that is necessary when holding conferences. In all conference rooms there is a projector, a whiteboard, a flip-over, a screen as well as free Wi-Fi. Additional equipment can be booked. By using a conference hotel, you get the opportunity to get a conference experience that is out of the ordinary.

As employees at a conference hotel, we have made sure that all of our conference rooms have lights that can be dimmed, movable tables (on wheels), and a good natural light. All of these things result in a good working environment. Besides the different locations of the conference rooms, we also offer several lounge areas and the option to go outside and enjoy our lovely garden and other outdoor areas.

We have a big garden and green surroundings. Several of the conference departments have direct access to terraces and the garden, which gives plenty of opportunity to move the arrangement outdoors. The garden can freely be used for games and teambuilding activities.

The hotel has 64 rooms total. Two of them are suites. All rooms have their own bathroom with a shower cabin and hairdryer. All of our rooms are furnished with a desk and a chair, and we also offer free Wi-Fi.

Spend the day working and learning new skills in our conference rooms, while our skilled chefs make healthy and delicious food. And they hope that you will get a food experience that is out of the ordinary. The inspiration is found in the produce of the season and the Nordic and French kitchens. But the best things from cuisines from all around the world find their way to our menu as well.

The time for dinner and lunch is adjusted according to your program, and we are always open to wishes for the menu.

After the dinner, it is possible to make use of the hotel’s lounge areas or continue your conference in the conference room. It is possible to utilise one of our cozy living rooms, where coffee can be served in the evening and/or we can set up a self-serve bar. We listen to your wishes and needs and adjust according to them. There are plenty of options for a cozy and relaxed social gathering in the living rooms, that are equipped with billiards and table football.

Our hotel is situated in wonderful North Zealand, just 30 minutes from Copenhagen.
